Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, hereinafter referred to as the KVKK, was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette with number 29677 dated April 7, 2016. Some parts of the KVKK came into effect on the publication date, while others came into effect on October 7, 2016.
Information as a Data Controller
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and in the capacity of a Data Controller, your personal data may be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties when permitted by legislation, classified, and processed in the ways specified in the KVKK, as outlined on this page.

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the personal data you share with our company may be processed by us in whole or in part, either automatically or, provided that it is a part of any data recording system, through non-automatic means, including obtaining, recording, storing, modifying, rearranging, in short, any kind of processing carried out on the data. Any operation performed on the data within the scope of the KVKK is considered as the "processing of personal data."

In order to fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers in accordance with the contract and technological requirements, and to improve the products and services offered; In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, and the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce published in the Official Gazette dated 26.08.2015 with the number 29457, and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 with the number 29188 and other relevant legislation, to record the identity, address, and other necessary information of the transaction owner for the identification of information, electronic commerce, and intermediary service providers; To organize all records and documents that will serve as a basis for payment systems mandatory in the Banking and Electronic Payment field, whether in electronic contracts or paper, and to comply with information storage, reporting, and notification obligations required by legislation and other authorities; In matters related to public security and legal disputes, and upon request and as required by law, to provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials; Will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related secondary regulations.
